- All returns must
be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization number. Please call
or email us at parts@a-1appliance.com to
obtain one.
- All our parts come
with a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. Since warranty
issues are sometimes complex, we encourage you to call us and let an
A-1 sales representative resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently
as possible.
- What if you order
the wrong part? Don't try making it work, simply send it back
with a note explaining the return and an copy of your invoice.
- What if we send
the wrong part? We'll make it right!
- We cannot give refunds
on special order items, installed parts, or electrical parts.
- Regular orders (ie: non special
orders, non electrical parts, & non installed
parts), that were not shipped using the free shipping method, may be
returned anytime within 14 days for a full credit. Returned orders that
were originally shipped using ("Free Shipping") will be subject
to a 20% restock fee to cover the shipping cost.
- Sometimes the lines
get blurry in return situations - for best results, please give us
a call.
- 99% of the time
orders are processed correctly with great results, but should you find
yourself in that unfortunate 1%, you can rest assured we will do all
we can to correct the situation.
